Our little one had a great time during the winter camp and we decided to continue in their regular gym program. It's good to have a place for him to do exercises, interact with other kids in a small-sized class, we like the gym setting and philosophy, it makes fitness less painful but lots of fun!

Bare with me with this explanation because I don't know what to call the employees that work here. Sure they call themselves group leaders, you may call them workers/employees but all these titles do a major diservice to them because these people are great. You personally have to love kids, be patient and have a broad understanding of worldly perspectives. I've only got 2/3 and I would LOSE my mind working here. I'M LOSING MY MIND THINKING ABOUT THIS.
My Gym is the only indoor place we sent our daughter for social interaction with other children in a small group during this pandemic. I know they clean the gym a lot, teachers are nice to kids and very patient, our daughter was not ready to have independent class a month ago, she cried every time, but she was very happy to go for her class today! Really appreciated! For teacher Zarina, Jasman and June!
I contacted with the customer service Richmond location last week. They offered me two different time for a trial out because I wasn’t sure if my daughter likes it or not. I told the customer service on Tuesday and there’s was no reply. On Thursday I was told that the class was full and they only have 1 class with 5 kids. The customer service pushes the responsibility to me because someone else has signed up earlier. I cannot believe this place only want to do business for 5 kids only and reject other clients. I have never seen such bad customer service and never got a reply from them any more!!! I don’t recommend to go there!!!
My Gym is amazing. My 1 year old daughter loves coming here for the classes and open gym. The staff are fantastic, the facilities are clean and there are a variety of fun activities for the kids to do. It's a great way to get the kids learning and exercising. The classes provide instruction on activities we as parents can do at home with the children as well. I highly recommend giving My Gym a try!
