The guy that works here is rude, and I don't just mean unhelpful or lacks basic knowledge about the courier's available at this location, straight up rude. Didn't give me a chance to even say I needed an air waybill because he continuously repeated \I refuse to take a package without labeling\. After I finally got my message through that you can send one with an air waybill too he gave me the paper and then refused to answer any questions (literally said I don't know to the Fedex's second most common form). Clearly there is no quality control with fedex's locations but for the sake of your package's safety save yourself the headache and stay away from this location.

Went there on a Saturday noon. Closed. But their hours should be open until 2pm. Waste my time

Really ridiculous, it says it opens at 10am. I arrived at 9:55 and waited till 10:30 to the point where I called FedEx. FedEx said that Enovy was suppose to be open at 7am. Just something very interesting, there was a UPS and FedEx truck outside waiting.
