Thanks to the reviews of Eye Wink, I decided to pay them a visit for my eye exam and I must say I was very impressed by their service. Dr. Farr was very kind and helpful all through the process, he was also very patient. Diana- one of the staff I met went above and beyond in selecting a good frame for me and giving me helpful recommendations. They are very professional family business with their client's interest at heart. Thanks for my cute glasses, I feel better already!

Anna and Geoff are 2 great people to deal with. They treat you like you're their only customer. Their patience, customer service, and unbiased honesty won me over and I ended up buying a really expensive pair of Oakley's. I'll make the drive from Whitby to Richmond hill for their service anytime. Highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new pair of glasses.
Excellent Excellent Service! Visited Eye Wink yesterday for an eye checkup for my 4 year old and the service was exceptional. My little one was nervous at first but Dr. Farr and his entire team were so warm and patient with him that it rid all his fears. The eye examination was very thorough and explanations were provided every step of the way. Wide range of frames at reasonable costs, clean office space, great location. Overall a great experience, will definitely be going back and would definitely recommend to anyone in search of an eye doctor for the entire family.
I could not have picked a better place to have my eyes examined. The doctor was professional and answered all the 100 questions I had, explaining everything so it was easy to understand. Everyone at this location was very kind and helpful! Also, the prices are very affordable for someone who does not have insurance. Quick, professional and affordable. Thumbs up!
Probably the best optometrist I've ever been to! I saw great reviews online and decided to give them a go, I got my appointment same day (I called about 3 hours ahead). Receptionist is super polite and helpful with picking frames, and the optician and owner are all also very professional and helpful. I got a full comprehensive eye exam, new prescription, and new lenses to match my prescription in 36 minutes...never had that type of service anywhere! I also wanted to comment on the pricing, literally so affordable!
