This is the second time I used Cozy world as I moved into a new house and my furnace was in disrepair. Fred and his team are extremely knowledgeable and have very reasonable prices considering the quality of work. He is also very honest and doesn't try to upsell and empty your pockets, which is very hard to find these days. I am a customer for life for sure.

Our old AC, furnace, and humidifier always gave us headaches. The guys who installed them 15 years ago really had no idea what they were doing but we obviously didn't know that until we started having trouble. Any repair person who would come to service our HVAC systems would always “Um, who installed this?” or “That’s not right.” pointing to something installed incorrectly. It really bothered me. Needless to say, after years of frustration I started looking to replace it all. I got in touch with Cozy World to replace it all including our 60 gallon water heater rental for a tankless water heater. I'm very particular about how things get installed. I may not be an expert but I really wanted whoever I hire to take pride in their work and do things cleanly and properly. Meeting Fred from Cozy World gave me the confidence that not only does he know what he's doing but his company would be able to satisfy my need for an “highly professional” installation. The team arrived the day of our install shortly after 9am and didn't leave until they were finished close to 10pm. The work they did was nothing short of amazing! They took care of all my concerns, did a fantastic and clean job, and didn't leave any mess after they were done. They took all my old equipment with them and all trash was hauled away. I can’t express how happy I am with the work they did. I hope I don't have to replace my equipment for 20-25 years but when I do, I'll be calling Cozy World again.

Fred and his team are wonderful. They are responsive, detail-oriented, and they provide excellent customer service (even post-installation). We're really happy we had Cozy World install our new furnace a few years ago. They are transparent and honest, and we really enjoy working with them.

Found this company through a Google search. They had almost 5 star rating. I called the main number and the voice message gave me another number to send a text message for immediate response. So I sent a text message and immediately I received a response. I sent a photo of where the humidifier was to be installed. In two days a Technician came installed the Humidifier in a professional and efficient manner. The service and price was excellent and I would definitely recommend them.
