I'm so impressed with the Richmond Costco. They ensure everyone is wearing a mask, and there is plenty of dispensers for cleaning your hands. the checkout is managed really well, so the wait is reasonable. Stock in the shelves and freezers/coolers is kept as full as possible, and if it's empty, there is usually a sign. Employees are helpful and friendly too. They are not everywhere, but this isn't a normal retail store, so I don't expect the same kind of service. For a big box store, this truly is managed very well.

Growing up the best part of going to Costco was the free samples. Unfortunately, due to COVID the best part of going to Costco now is the savings! Doesn’t feel the safest for COVID but they do their best- good sanitization practices as far as I can tell. Well priced bulk goods, cheap and good food at the cafeteria as well. They do NOT accept Visa, be warned!!

What can I say? Costco remains my top pick for groceries and shopping period. what is really stood out for me since the pandemic started is the focus on increased staffing and lowering service times through cashiers. this is likely resulted in the fact that they can keep their capacity pretty strong while keeping customers safe. Prices and selections and quality of products are top notch. I'm a customer for life!

Awesome COVID restrictions. Though there’s a lineup on a daily basis the line moves fast. Cashiers are very efficient; loving the new self check out where you don’t have to take anything out of your cart and the cashier scans the products for you.

This is one of my favourite grocery shopping destinations in Vancouver. With a huge collection of household stuffs , food (both packaged & perishable) , cleaning supplies, electronic goods , medicines, clothes; this place is always crowded with a long line up & less chance of physical distancing. I always find affordable deals here which is excellent for families. I love their baked goods, cheese , noodles, sauce , mixed nuts (the best deals in Vancouver honestly). The only drawback is that returning a purchased product is a bit painful and messy here.
