Best Canadian tire in Richmond ! Very friendly and helpful staff. I went to pick up some rat poison today and the ladies at the cashier were beyond helpful. As it was my first time purchasing this product they advised I’d have to speak to a poison control specialist otherwise they wouldn’t sell me the product to ensure I follow protocol and have knowledge on how to safely use it. I highly recommend you to go to this location beats the other one !!

Canadian tire won't win any awards for style but as a one stop shop for tools, housewares, car parts and the small home purchases they excel. Staff are often overworked but try to make you get through as quickly as possible. They have key cutting, paint matching, and installing services. There is a wait room for your vehicle and as garden center. They have a wide variety of kitchen wares and household improvement items. There is a section for toys, outdoor activities and bikes.
After having a horrible day at the Minit Brake Auto, i went to Canadian Tire at No. 3 Rd for my inspection. And Mr. Sal Mani the senior service executive as more than proffesional. They valued their time as well as our time. Despite of being super busy they knew what to do. Got my inspection done and did my suspension alignment for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Store is not covid friendly. There is no independant exit for those not making a purchase so social distancing is disrupted by people walking past you in the narrow line to pay. Our cashier \Sivan\ (whom had a visibly runny nose and was sniffling) did not have a mask properly covering her nose and refused to put it on properly when prompted. The hanging plastic shields swayed from side to side as she touched it and it did nothing to add extra protection.
