Great selection and I enjoy shopping here when in the area. But terrible customer service. Many times I have had a question or problem and they either walk away, or completely ignore and pretend nothing was said at all. Most recently I purchased glow sticks for Natal Day and none of them worked. I tried to let them know (figuring they'd like to know their stock was off) and it was as if I hadn't spoken at all.
