Great service! James is not only a very nice individual, but he is prompt and reliable. If the repair doesn't work, he will do whatever necessary to try and fix it. Communication is very good as he gets back to you as soon as possible and he doesn't not price gouge which can be a common theme in this industry! Can't say enough good things about Reliable!

Fantastic service and very professional! James asked some questions when we called in regarding our broken Samsung oven and diagnosed the problem. He had the parts with him and as his diagnosis was spot on had our oven up and running quickly. He arrived on time, was in uniform, clean and very professional and has very fair pricing. Excellent end to end experience.
Upon describing my issue with my washer over the phone, James diagnosed the problem immediately. He ordered the part and was able to fix the issue professionally and quickly. I found him very knowledgeable and friendly and would recommend him for any of your Samsung issues.

Called this place because it showed up as being near me on Google map. I had accidentally dropped some items down the dryer vent and needed help to get them out. Called them up and left a message and a half hour after closing time, James called me up and booked for two days later. He arrived on time, was dressed neatly in appropriate clean work clothes and even put shoe covers on, really appreciated that. He was quick and efficient and even gave me helpful hints on where to go for a new micro-wave oven. The bill did not knock me over and James accepts email Interac payments, which I like to use, (quick, efficient and paperless). I will definitely be using Reliable again for future appliance repairs.
