Bought an airline hose with a Chicago Fitting, only to find out it had a hole in the side of it (manufacturing defect. It happens ). I called and spoke with the manager named Derek Booth who couldn't have cared less and didn't even offer to replace it. Very disappointing, and as a manager should be embarrassed. This review is in no way directed at the employees.

Regional Hose has been my preferred shop for quite some time and I buy all my Parker Transair products from these guys. Very knowledgeable staff and fantastic customer service. They went out of their way to ensure all my needs were satisfied. Would highly recommend!
I've been into this location a few times for miscellaneous products outside of our regular MRO supplier offering and am always surprised at their broad product offering and good service.
