This was my very first trip into a Princess Auto and no I fully understand the hype behind it. What a cool place for a leisurely Saturday afternoon shop. So many tools that you would buy to use just once, if I had the budget I'd buy 1 of everything if I knew what it was for or how to use it or not. I went to just look but came home with a bag of toys for the workshop.

Awesome staff, very helpful and an amazing place to shop. The staff are highly knowledgeable as to where everything is located and very willing to help. The prices are respectable and the sales are out of this world. A place where you can spend hours looking and deciding the things you need and want. The quality of the merchandise and the prices are more than respectable and the warranties are top notch. A fun, fantastic place for all to shop. If you have never been there, it is the one place you really should check out. Way to go Prince's Auto!!!
First time at the new huge location. As always, I am super impressed with the staff! Upon entry, I was met by a large male who, without issue, directed me to the two isles I needed. Keep up the great work. I also needed a flyer and a staff member was happy to retrieve one instead of telling me where to go.
I stopped there today to return two sprayers that did not meet my expectations. Colleen and Andy from customer service station were just wonderful. They listened and quickly found me on the system and resolved the matter in a very short and pleasant time. After leaving the customer service station I decided to stay and do some shopping. I had a question and I met Paul. A true gentleman. Very caring and knowledgeable about their products. He took the time to search for what I was looking for and I even found other items at a very good price. Thank you Paul. Princess Auto is the best store if you are looking for great products, fair prices, and most importantly a wonderful team of caring and professional customer service personnel. I definitely will go back and I suggest you pay them a visit too! Don't miss out on great products, friendly people, and great prices.
Good place for specific industrial tools, and heavy duty equipment, trailer parts. Zero brand names if you anticipate finding these.
