I have had an amazing experience with Mercedes-Benz Regina. Right from the buying experience of getting my first Benz and dealing with the service department there after. Recently, I drove down from Saskatoon on probably one of the coldest days of the year just for my service appointment. When I arrived, they were quick on getting me set up with a loaner and once I told them I drove from Saskatoon, they got me back on my way rather quickly in my freshly washed and serviced vehicle so I wasn't driving into the evening. The guys were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable!! Whether I reach out to the salesman, Dan, the Sales Manager, Andrew or the service department, they answer any questions I have and overall they have been excellent to deal with!

I was quite impressed with the team at Mercedes-Benz Regina as I assessed one of the dealership's pre-owned vehicles from my home far away in another province. Product Specialist Aaron patiently addressed my questions over several days, researched the vehicle's features because it wasn't a Mercedes-Benz, contacted people in the industry who specialize in the vehicle, and provided me with focused information. I can unequivocally say that I would not have been able to eventually purchase my target vehicle without Aaron's guidance and assistance during due diligence. Also key was the seamless transition to dealing with Sales Manager Andrew and Finance Manager Karen. I drove away from Regina thinking that dealership knows how to make an out-of-province purchase less intimidating than even a local purchase.
I dealt with Marcus in regards to the purchase of a 2021 CLS 53 AMG and the trade of my current vehicle. From start to finish Marcus was a consummate professional and was very attentive and responsive to my needs as a purchaser and trying to facilitate the transaction in a timely manner. Living in the Greater Toronto Area I ended up landing the same car in my area and ultimately finalized the deal there. Amazing service! Luxurious comfort! I came back to edit this review because I don't think I did enough justice. I am super-inpressed with the service that continues to be first-class even after the sale. Dan, you're truly THE man! Dan has been upfront and honest about all the details of the sales and service process, and has ensured that we are fully informed at all times. As I said before, normally excellent service ends once the sale is made but this has not been the case. Dan has followed up with us and ensured that we are fully taken care of at all times (not to mention helping mu wife to pull off the surprise of a lifetime! ). We were so inpressed that we got a second vehicle! And my kids are already looking forward to the time they will be able to get theirs too! Dan, thanks for being awesome, man! You've got a customer for life!
Just had my first service at Mercedes-Benz Regina this week and what a fantastic experience that was! Wonderful and respectful customer service. They treat you and your vehicle so well. I love my suv, such a pleasure to drive, and now that I have experienced the amazing care on the service side, I am a huge fan!
Very professional staff. Spent a good deal of time explaining the repairs. Very timely service. In all honesty, they exceeded my expectations!
