Very thorough inspection. He gave us some great maintenance tips and suggestions. Flexible schedule. Friendly. As first time home owners, we didn’t really know what we needed to look for or do. Really put my mind at ease to know what was normal wear and tear and what actually needed to be fixed.
Robert was absolutely fantastic and thorough. I was relocating from another province and looking at a house built in the early 80's so an inspection was very important to me. Robert was the perfect person for the job. So much experience and the reports are very detailed. Easy to talk to before and after the repot makes you feel really good about your knowledge of the property so you are in charge and know what you would be purchasing. Robert worked very efficiently but did a very thorough job inspecting a house. He was able to come last minute before a purchase! He was able to get the report completed within a short amount of time; which was detailed. I was very happy with his inspection and would recommend for sure!
