Purchased a new car from Ray Cullen in the spring, had to have the body shop recently look at a scratch and dent I received, and just booked my first oil change with them and every time I have spoken with someone from the dealership they have been EXTREMELY pleasant to talk to and very helpful and polite, I always end the conversation feeling pleased that I was able to experience such great customer service. Also when I was dealer with the Body Shop employees they came up with a solution that was best for me and my car even though it was not involving their dealership-putting me and my car first.

Very nice and friendly people to deal with. Someone turned in front of me and this is what happens. To the auto-body shop office staff and auto-body technicians...great job on the repairs and paint job..very nice.

I went in to Ray Cullen unsure about buying a new suv, however I had the best salesman Brian Henderson walk me through everything and really take his time to find something I loved I even got a fantastic trade in on my car!
