We went to the store a week before Black Friday to purchase a gas range. There were 5 salespeople in the store and no customers. We're English speaking and the salesperson assigned to help us didn't speak much English. Most times I'm fine with that. We're in QC and French is the primary language after all. But there were English speaking salespeople in the store, just chatting with one another. Any time we really got stuck though, an English speaking rep would chime in. But we had to be REALLY stuck for him to help. I don't understand why an English speaking person couldn't help us through the entire process. Our sales rep was also as weak using his computer as he was speaking English! (Strike 1) It took about an hour longer than it needed to but we finally made our way through it all. During the process we asked if prices would be any lower on Black Friday. The English speaking guy assured us the Black Friday sales were already in place. But sure enough, on Black Friday we could have purchased the next model up for the price we paid for our range (Strike 2). So we contacted customer support to see if there was any "price match" guarantee or explain what happened. They never replied (Strike 3). The reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because we love our gas range and the delivery guys were 1000x more courteous and professional than the sales staff. We'll soon be in need of a new fridge.... we'll definitely buy that from another store.

From purchase to delivery I received 5 Star Service. We purchased our new fridge online with help from Charles. He was amazing. We started with the chat box and ended up talking on the phone. Charles was easy to understand and he went the extra mile to get to know our needs. Our fridge died and we needed a replacement ASAP. He was able to find us a fridge that not only checked off all our requests (plus more) but he was able to save us some money and get us a fridge in our price range!! He worked hard to find the perfect fridge that could be delivered in 2 days!! The Delivery team was amazing. They were so quick and super efficient. They gave me some tips on when to plug in the fridge and when to take off the stickers (it’s cold here right now -13 so we are not to remove the stickers for at least 1/2 an hour). Super professional and quick. A really great team. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from CAS again. Their whole team and process was amazing!! Thanks you guys!!

Email was initally taken wrong so i had to call back and repeat my entire order to double check all the details so no other mistakes made...upon delivery the unit is not 29" wide...its bigger closer to 30" at its widest point. Despite double checking manual which reports 29. It didnt fit through my front door. They refused to bring it through the wider 33" door frame ...despite offering other solutions they wouldnt use the alternate way in to deliver the unit.
the customer service was great during my purchase and answer all my questions, giving me options. the delivery was exactly as they advise. the guys were very respectful y careful to deliver my new fridge exactly when and where i want it. Thanks
Pleasant rep, efficient work on managing transaction. Delivery on time as scheduled. Easy removal of old appliance. Looking forward to trying out my new stove!
