First, They don't sell any renal food for dogs. Also, they overcharged me! The canned food was supposed to be 4 for 10. They charged me 2.99 each. The treats were supposed to be 50% off and they charged me full price.
My first time to experience using the Ren's Pets online ordering was a mix of good and bad results. If you're looking to contact anyone with questions about your online order you're better to contact the by email. Their phone system leaves much to be desired unless you're willing to leave a general mailbox voicemail or know your party's extension. My question concerned shipping which on their website states it's Free for all orders over 49.00 before tax and discounts in Québec and Ontario, however this only applies when you order certain items. One of my items disqualified me for free shipping, and I discovered this after emailing head office as the local shops do not have this information and direct you to contacting head office instead. A frustrating experience is how I would categorize my first online order, but the shipment did arrive 1 day earlier than scheduled. A good conclusion.
Very friendly staff. I did curbside pick up and they were very efficient and safe about everything.
Very friendly people. We go to their tent sale every year and get lots of free stuff. They have a professional cartoon artist who we have gotten our picture drawn by twice now. They have an unlimited amount of toys for any kind of pet you could amagine.
