I would give zero star if there is an option ! Seriously, we booked flue shot for our daughter in the morning time, and someone told us that the location changed due to closure of the old location, and CONFIRMED with us it will be the same time, and then after we got there in the morning, we were told that the appointment time changed to the afternoon, AND NO BODY GAVE US A CALL FOR IT ! I let it go that time, but it got worse ! We made an appointment for our daughter's immunization, which is very important for babies, specially in this pandemic situation. I made the call in February, and they told me that because of the covid-19 situation, they are short staffed, so the appointment will be in late April, it was already late according to my daughter's birthday, so I DOUBLE CHECKED WITH THEM , and still got the same answer. And then i got a missed call to tell us that our daughter already missed her immunization appointment which should be one month later, someone must made a mistake and put in the wrong date , that's ok, people make mistakes, but if the appointment is today, then why didn't I get a call to confirm with us one day in advance, and just told us we missed the appointment? ( Which is not the date I was told) This is ridiculous! The staff who we met before were all so nice and professional, but people who did the appointment schedules, is so NOT doing it right.

Staff are unbelievably unprofessional had my 1 year old children in there yesterday for there immunization. Nurses were absolutely unkind and rude. They yelled at my wife on the phone, when my wife was finally let in after being told to wait outside in the dark and cold for 50 mins she was laughed at by staff and mocked. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Formal complaints will be filed with the health ministry. Avoid this clinic like it is Covid!

Just got home from getting my childs 1 year vaccines and I am not impressed. This was the first time that instead of having an appointment, I went on a drop in day. I was told on the phone that they start right at 8am and was made to believe that if I didn't get there AT 8am that I would probably have to wait a while. I was the first one in, I was standing there when she unlocked the door. Slowly the waiting room filled up with other parents and kids. Absolutely nothing to play with for the kids. It was a bit after 8:30 when I finally went to ask the receptionist why no one has been called in yet and she tells me that "we don't start until 8:30, and the nurses haven't come out from their meeting yet, which is weird. We should be starting right away." Literally everyone in the waiting room was told 8:00, not 8:30. When I get in with the nurse she gave my 1 year old her shots in her arms instead of her legs....after I questioned it twice she seemed totally oblivious to my concern and did it that way anyways. Gave the needles slowly and did nothing to help me distract my daughter. This is the only time that I've ever had a problem with public health, but I really felt like this was a deliberate disregard of the value of OUR time. If you tell people that you're starting at 8, start at 8.

The place is calm and pleasant. Lots of toys for kids to play with. Private Breastfeeding corner with change pad for baby. Nurses are really caring and friendly.
