Our kitchen water line was frozen this morning after the -40 night we had. I called ProSolutions and Jason not only gave me advice on what to do to solve the problem, but dispatched a team member as soon as he could. Best part, the advice he gave to find the pipe in the basement and get a space heater on it while running other taps in the house got the water running within 20 minutes! When I called back to thank them, they were super friendly despite me cancelling the service call. I know who my go to plumbing company is in the future. Thanks so much Jason and ProSolutions team

The service I received from ProSolutions was absolutely amazing and professional every step of the way. Reception was polite, efficient and organized. Simon was fantastic and even called a couple of times over the weekend during the current cold snap to help troubleshoot my issue. He helped me diagnose and ultimately correct my issue without having to come out and charge any fee. Absolutely amazing and great to see businesses and customer service like this still exist. Great job all around and highly recommend. I will definitely use them again for anything I need in the future. Thanks again!

UPDATE (Later that same day) My thanks to Jason Billey from Pro Solutions. After having contacted me here and then calling, he came out and switched out the leaking unit. I am very grateful that the issue is resolved, and the conditions for the house sale can be lifted. ORIGINAL REVIEW Selling my house and had a home inspection done, discovered an issue with the 4 year old Furnace and there seems to be an active condensate leak off the exhaust motor. Warranty work right? Nope, Pro solutions have basically washed their hands of the situation, the warranty is with the manufacturer, not them (OK I can understand that) and they are unable (Or unwilling) to do the work, on top of that they are also telling me that they have somehow \Lost\ all records of them having installed the unit. Quite the amazing coincidence. So they are saying if I want warranty work done, I should call Weiss-Johnson or Reliance The Furnace Company, and just lie to them and say I don't recall who installed the furnace and hopefully one of them will come and do the warranty work because they will not do it. Not now, not next month, not three months from now. Not exactly the greatest level of service considering it was a 15k Job done 4 years ago. If I were you I'd go and get your Furnace / AC / Heating dome by Weiss-Johnson or Reliance The Furnace Company....
