Said he didn't work for me the owner but worked for the home builder and if I wanted any thing done to talk to them. Not very accommodating. Handled my deck railing poorly dropping it on the gravel while unloading, causing scuffs and marks.

Highly recommended. Their knowledge and expertise were very helpful in deciding on the design, and the installation was expertly done. Also, communication was timely and clear, and the whole process was very efficient. The result is beautiful and we are very pleased.
From beginning to end the experience with Prestige was effortless. Pulled out over 24 feet of stub wall and added a wood and metal railing. It transformed the entire house. Dennis was very patient and helpful during the planning process. The installer was a complete professional. I could not get over how quickly the work was completed. Can't say enough good things. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend Prestige to anyone. Thank you.
Chris from Prestige railings was always on time and was doing a great job, when I had questions , he tried to answer them to our satisfaction. At one point we were not happy about something and he replaced the piece to our satisfaction. They go over and beyond to make the customers happy. The only thing that I would have to say is that they need to communicate more with the customer, especially if you are in the house when the work is being done. There is a mistake that was done and could have been avoided if a question would have been asked.
Had what I needed. Would be good if they carried some stain.
