Had several custom made gates with scroll work done and it was the most stressful experience ever! The owner does good work no question about it, but he does not listen to his customers, is arrogant, hot tempered, and over charges for his work. Just recently, two of the gates broke at the hinge because he insisted two hinges would hold up an extremely heavy gate that are the size of a regular door. I initially asked for three hinges and he basically did what he wanted. Now I have two useless gates that will not open or close. He refused to fix them and sent a friend over who is even more arrogant and rude. His friend went off the rails because I simply asked for an estimate!!! I was shocked at the treatment and unprofessionalism of the these two welders.
