So we came here and the teas we bought were good and tasty for sure. However, the machine didn’t work. Last time we came we can’t use the stamp card, this time we came we can’t use the points card and can’t get a receipt. Like seriously? We lost points for what we bought. Just because the machine didn’t work doesn’t mean the brain didn’t work. At least try something alternative. The staff kept saying sorry didn’t make it up. How do you expect customers to be loyal with this kind of service provided.

Service is good, I once got free drinks cause someone didn't pick up their order so brownie points for that. But I cannot believe they removed the buy 10 get one free deal.

One of my favor bubble tea place, mainly because of their quality. Real tea does make a difference compare to powder flavors. If you enjoy tea flavor over milky taste, this is the one for you. All their drinks are enjoyable, milk tea, tea, slush etc. Remember to grab a stamp card from them if you are going often, they don't seem offering it voluntarily much.
