Love this location. Also Presotea is the best value and consistent place I’ve been to. Their large makes chatimes large look like a kiddie cup. The people that work here are always so nice. Couldn’t wait to take the picture lol here my half-empty/half-full large passion fruit green tea with pearl and lychee jelly and passion fruit seeds! I just wish they had a dairy free option for their milk teas!

Very good bubble tea friendly and fast service. My favorite has to be the Okinawa brown sugar milk tea latte! However prices are a bit on the expensive side...
Went to this place recently satisfy my bubble tea cravings during this quarantine and all I can say is that this place is not worth going to. The drinks are not worth it as there are far better options nearby. I got the mango slush which was wayyyyy to cold for my sensitive teeth and was overly sweet. For people who are looking for good bubble tea options, just save your time and go somewhere else
Excellent bubble tea. My favourite is the blueberry tea and mango slush! Definitely a 5/5! The staff are friendly, location excellent and flavourful drinks!
There's really no nice independent bubble tea shop in Ottawa but the Presotea chain is really all you need. Most of the other bubble tea shops/half shops that hock bubble tea as a side hustle of their restaurant will use artificial flavorings (you'll see them scoop a bunch of neon colored powder into the mixer) and can't get their tapioca bubbles a consistent chewiness. Presotea does not have those flaws and it uses real ingredients when possible. Presotea more than does the job when you have a craving for bubble tea. Any flavor, any time. Dat bubble tea smell when you walk in! I can't say it's any better than CoCo or Chatime as they're all pretty equivalent in my opinion which is to say solid, consistent, reliable chain bubble tea stores. Also, what's up with them upsizing their competition? Their regular is a large at other stores and their large is 1L. yes. 1L. Who needs 1L of bubble tea?? But yes, it's good.
