Staff member was rude to my child yesterday. Snapped at her when she didn't answer his question about how old she was, said \come on it's a simple question!\ She came out with her dad very upset and confused. It wasn't even busy...but there's no excuse for treating people this way. I hope the staff can get some training and consider that people have diverse abilities and could be non-verbal.

I commute every day to city from port moody and when ever i have had a problem whether its tire issues or mechanical Ben the mechanic has always gone out of his way to fix my bike, always got a sound price and explanation what he had done, fixed my front derailleur and bike is running like new, lot better and cheaper than Trek by a country mile, would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone.

We went in to have a seat swapped. They did not charge us for the service even though the new seat was not from Cap's. Then they encouraged us demo e-bikes even though they did not know that we are seriously interested in getting one. They were funny, friendly and knowledgeable with a wide range of well-priced product. First rate experience!
