This was my first trip to a Giant Tiger, and I was pleasantly surprised. I always thought it was a dirt hole in there, but it was very clean and well organized. Lots of selection at good prices too.

Very happy with the customer service provided. I am from out of town (and don't have a GT near me) and was unable to make it to the store where I had purchased items I needed more of. I called and was directed to a woman named Donna. She was so kind on the phone, and she helped make sure I was getting the right items and worked with me to arrange for someone to pick them up for me. It's the small things but she really made the experience better and I appreciate her dedication to providing good service! Thank you Donna for helping me out!
