I should've taken the time to write a review instead of just 5 starring it. It's a great CT store. Well stocked, staff are very friendly. Clean washrooms (important when you're driving a distance to get here) and very competitive pricing. Keep doing what you're doing, I'll happily keep coming back.

Called the store to ask for a price adjustment refund on a product that came on sale . Canadian Tires policy states 14 days but the Port Elgin storemanager told me his policy is 7 days and because they aren’t open for refunds he couldn’t help me . I called head,office customer service and they told my I was entitled to a refund and all stores must give 14 days refund when stores re open after lockdown. She also called the Port Elgin store but the manager wouldn’t listen to her either . Poor,poor attitude and service . Won’t return to this store again.
Today l had my winter tires put on my vehicle. The service desk was very accommodating as l also wanted new wipers put on. They gave me a timeline for the tasks and explained everything to me thoroughly, which l greatly appreciated. l find this CT to always go way above and beyond other stores.
Just got home from 11 days at McGregor provincial park . Thinking my wife booked a hydro site why bring anything extra. No hydro. The guys at the auto parts are the best. They took such good care of us that we were able to make it the whole trip. A few checks and full charge of our rv battery and we made it. Tylor the service manager is a class act. Checking out of automotive service is painful at best. One cashier dealing with everything from service center, answering phone and trying to find someone to do propane refills. Took literally 20 minutes to check out and I was 3rd in line. Cash at service counter did not open to help reduce lineup. Terrible customer experience typical of this location.
