Last night, I called the store to see if they had a saw I was looking for. The young man in hardware (tall, long brown hair) answered promptly and left me on hold quickly while he found the saw. I came by later and he retrieved it for me immediately. Extremely competent and polite staff at this location

Had a great experience at the auto parts department. Not only did Tony help me find the best and most affordable wipers for my car but he installed them for me and lubricated the wiper arms which was a huge help! He went above and beyond to give me a positive experience. Thanks Tony!

Upper management not the best to deal with. This store is very small. I didn't find the employees to knowledgeable when you ask them questions. Auto desk wasn't to bad to deal with when i picked up some parts from them.

Unfortunately I'll probably never return. The port Colborne store refused to help me because I didn't have internet and could not properly navigate the online shopping experience... I simply needed a few jugs of motor oil and was actually talked down too by the customer service rep on the phone. I have not had an experience that made me this irritated in a very long time. I was told If I wanted to purchhase thier products, I would have to go to someone's house (during a stay at home order no less) and use thier internet to place my order... I would also have to wait 5 hours to pick up my order... Which was 3 jugs of oil... I went elsewhere and was greeted with a smile and actually got the same product at a cheaper price and they were miles above in customer service quality. I was forced to take my business elsewhere and moving forward I'll just choose to take it elsewhere. Amazing response from the corporate team below.
