People are great and helpful but the office is not open enough and when you phone the phone just rings and rings no machine telling you it is closed or that you are even phoning the right place.I would suggest that when the Port Alberni office is closed the phone retransferred to an open office because to get an emergency number you need to go to the business and look on the door.
