Zero stars are not a choice. The adjusters have no interest in providing repairs, quality trades, starting a job or completing one. They will disclose your file to others. The house has been taken apart; one room has not been accessible for over 13 months, still waiting. Molding furniture is still sitting in the garage as requested by them so they could pick it up, still waiting. Be warned.
