Intact has had my automobile claim for 50 days and nothing has happened. I have to reach out to them constantly and have had only one instance where they were the first to reach out: to ask me to send the docs I had sent on day one. Oddly, I've had good experiences with insurance in the past (Traveller's for example) so I assumed this would be relatively simple. I am strongly considering switching my home and auto insurance provider next year when this current policy comes due for renewal.

Dont waste your time with experience team they are not really care. they tell you are investigating.. all my questions are not answered. if you keep seeking for an answer. they threat you not to contact them anymore they feel that are harassed. they alter the letter they send you.

worst services, that i ever had in my life. Brokers and emplyoees response poor. keep increasing premium for no reason adding endorsements with out my knowledge. There is no zero star or negitive, otherwise i could have give minus 10 star. please do not use services of intact.

Was involved in a not-at-fault accident with injuries. Claim adjudication for the car repair was excellent - claim adjudication for the injuries is awful, unfair, done in bad faith and proves that their word isn't worth the paper it's written on. They cause extreme hardship and not even bother to respond to the lawyer, just waiting on a tribunal date months down the road hoping that you are so much cornered by that time that you will accept their ridiculous settlement intentions.
