Don’t use this company! I ordered a dehydrator through eBay from them. Shipping was free around Canada, a week later when I was expected to receive my product I got an email instead stating that the cost of shipping was to great and they have refunded my money. It’s been a week later, and still no refund. Tried calling the contact number and the line they gave was out of service. I don’t recommend at all. DO NOT BUY FROM Wholesale innovations

Bought a still and needed to ad the doubler. They shipped it but it didn't fit on the unit. They wanted me now to ship the items back at my cost to exchange. Thing is with a few easy modifications I got it to work. They do not know their products very well and do not read emails very well.

After more than 4 weeks of dealing with them over a broken pool pump still within warranty, the back and forth the lack of customer service, communication and several published social media reviews they gladly replaced the pump, and after two more weeks of shocking, backwashing and vacuuming we finally are able to enjoy our swimming pool. I am finally satisfied, however I will not say that I am pleased.
