I bought a Robovac and paid for it online but after getting the confirmation Email and calling the warehouse they told me it is out of stock and refunded my money. I will keep an eye on my bank account to make sure no fraudulent activity happens down the road since they have my credit card info now. I do not recommend this website to any one .

Very disappointed in this retailer. Ordered a Napolean fireplace at an amazing deal. Of course it was too good to be true. I paid, waited 7 days for shipment confirmation, emailed Real Deal with no response. I called them directly to find out it hadn't been shipped yet. They told me it would be shipped the following week. Then I get emails saying it was shipped, followed by a cancellation and refund. Just because they advertise an item doesn't mean they have it. I built a custom fireplace mantel for the insert I purchased, now what?
