Absolutely the best medical office I've ever dealt with. Reliable, puntual, knowledgeable. My only complaint is that they haven't taken on new patients for many years, so I haven't been able to get my husband in as a patient. Great work Gates Medical, I'm a very happy patient!

Echoing the praise of Dr Chung. He's warm and knowledgeable. But my absolute favourite trait of his, and the reason why I would follow him to another clinic, is that he is not afraid to say \I don't know.. but I'll find out\. And he always follows up. This is the best attitude in a primary care physician. I unabashedly can say that I love the man!

I love doctor Hiploylee, she's the best I've ever had. The staff are nice and friendly. The one and only thing that bothers me a bit is, THEY NEVER EVER PICK UP THE PHONE!!! It always goes to voicemail, even way before the corona virus. I wish they change this, then they'd get 5 stars from me. God bless.
