Great arrangements at an affordable price. Their selection might cost 10 more elsewhere and they have cute mini bouquets in tiny vases as well. Bouquet comes with complimentary cards and today I was even given a free apple! Will check out again I’m sure.
By far the best flowers in the downtown area that I have come across. Amazing prices but their product is even better. Super nice people and the only florist I use now for about a year.
This is my favourite flower shop in Ottawa - they have a good variety of options, very high quality products, exceptional service, are reliable and unique.
The staff member at this flower shop is really sweet and attentive, even towards customers who aren’t splurging on expensive bouquets. That might be the ultimate measure of customer service - they treat customers who are spending 8 as well as if they were spending 80. I was pleasantly surprised to find a bucket of single flowers, already in bloom, for 1 each. It was just what I needed for kids (school musical) that I was buying flowers for. The staff member took care in beautifully wrapping the small bouquets that I chose.
...Stunning floral design lasted longer than any flowers I ever bought, anywhere. The colours and variety especially the white cherry blossoms and purple Japanese orchids was under 65!
I called to have a bouquet delivered to a friend who works in the same mall as this shop. Not only was the arrangement gorgeous, they had it at my friend's office within just a few minutes! Excellent service.
Service was fine and they delivered on time as promised. But the sunshine bouquet was a disapointment. 1 slightly faded daisy instead of 3 bright ones, The alstroemerias was light pink as opposed to bright purple and the waxflowers are still closed after 5 days. There was little thought as to how the greens were arranged. I will not be ordering from there again.
