THE STAFF IS RUDE AND NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED OR EVEN REMOVED. They have no respect for clients that are trying to obtain information about their services. This is not my first review and I certainly don’t expect it to be the last one I write for this so called “honourable establishment.” It is a very poor representation of what the Philippines prides itself for because the staff have no sense of respect, accommodation or even a pinch of empathy. Instead, I guarantee that you’ll be greeted with a kick of attitude and a sour tone of voice that instead of assisting with your questions, their response will be sarcastic and unhelpful. Don’t believe me? Today I suddenly received a phone call from them wanting me to go down the next day to renew my passport. Of course having a regular schedule, I needed to make some alterations before confirming I can attend the urgent appointment. When I called back, I was greeted by a very malicious lady who, and I quote, said “Why are you calling and asking me this?” followed by her YELLING THROUGH THE PHONE IN TAGALOG. I didn’t even get to finish asking my question BECAUSE SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I asked her in the most calm and respectful manner just to receive ATTITUDE from a person that works and is supposed to be a representative of the embassy. I hope the call was recorded because if replayed by the embassy you can hear how DISGUSTING the lady was treating me. In other words, don’t waste your time and energy dealing with these inconsiderate people. Listen to majority of the other reviews that tells you how appalling and nasty their customer service is because this experience definitely tainted my perception of this embassy. I WILL not condone this type of treatment and am not afraid to stand up to ignorant individuals that mistreat their clients.

Wasted my time and pretty much my day coming here. There isn't anyone here able to tell me the requirements I need to meet in order to move to the Philippines. Very abrasive lady behind the counter, answered 1 questions and was trying to tell me to have a good day. Becoming more frustrated with each question, a co-worker stepped in and tried to get to the bottom of things. Basically told me to buy a ticket, fly to the Philippines and ask there. I wasn't taking it personally either because I'm white, she talked to many people before me like that too and they were Filipino. Need to treat customers, especially your fellow countrymen with more respect and class. See what happens when I file my Visa I a couple of months...

Best accomodating person that I dealt, before Covid I am one of the people who experienced bad service, this time was different because of Mr. Roberto Roldan, I called left a message and he called me back and did follow up emails and my concern was resolved quickly. Thank you very much for being so accomodating. We need more people like you specially this time. A very good job.
