Bought a ball python from Taunton location PetSmart on October 2nd we seen that he had white marks on him they told us that it was "dirt" noticed on November 7 he has mites call this store spoke to the front desk and she put us three to the head of pet care and the girl we talked to told us "she didn't know snakes could get mites" how are you able to sell reptiles and not know anything about them??? Then she proceeded to tell me because I have had the snake for more then 14 days they can't take it back not because it had mites which means they are willing to infest the rest of there animals and sell the to people no problems " not that we were will to return him" also wondering why the three other animals that we wanted to look at that day we were unable to because they were in the back sick
Easily found what I was looking for and the sales associate was very helpful and answered all my questions.
Good pet selection here for all kinds of pets. We really liked the laser engraved tags for your pet.
Staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful! I was walking down an aisle and an associate stocking shelves stopped to ask me if I needed help finding anything. By far best customer service! Jessica in grooming also always treats my babies like gold! She is part of the reason i keep coming back to this location. While here I did purchase this handsome beta and am very happy to add him to my ever growing family.
The staff are friendly but they would not special order food for the diabetic hamster they sold me. If your going to sell sick animals you should go that extra mile for its health. I finally found a company in Meadford Ontario that was more then happy to help me. Was a little put off of all the barking dogs it was crazy.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are a little high. Didn't carry what I was looking for.
