Everytime I go in there, I know I will be greeted by very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Recently I had to return and exchange to a different kind of crate I have bought for our new puppy, who turned out to be quite a Houdini. Not only staff made my experience easy by suggesting/helping (to) me to return things easy, but lady in this picture carried a new crate for me in the store and then later into my car!
I was at the store twice over a 3 day period. No screening done (covid 19 questions) both times. Are they excempt? This is the only place I have been that this hasn't been done.
The service I receive each time I go is amazing! Great staff and store ! Aleesa and grace are the best ! So helpful and they go out of their way to be as helpful as possible! Thank you and I will most definitely be coming back !
Took our Zoey here for a much needed groom. Easy to book appointment through the app, and Brianna did a fantastic job on her. Will definitely be coming back here for her next groom!
