Today was the first time that I took my Morkie Dog to Pet Smart for a grooming. I was amazed at how great a job they did. Riley came out looking so amazing that I didn't recognize her at first. And she is so clean and soft now. Amazing work by Shelley!

I always am greeted with wonderful staff and help soon as I walk in. Yoshi (Bearded Dragon) & I have no issue walking around the store grabbing all we need and greeting visitors along the way. They have done an exception job through the pandemic.
I love curbside pickup at my local Petsmarts. I just wish they would stock more Freshpet VitalGrain Free Chicken, Beef, Salmon & Egg Adult Dog Food. Last week 6 stores were sold out for the whole week. It's the only food my dogs eat. I can't get it anywhere else. I order twice a week!!!!
People at this store have always been nice, however, I always come away feeling disappointed with their fish accessories selection. Today I was there for a curbside pickup. Was waiting at least 10 minutes after indicating on the app that I was there. Apparently the technology wasn't working so I resorted to calling to get my purchases. I received those quickly. So don't use the app for announcing your arrival. Again, the people were nice and friendly, no complaints there.
Closed a hour early to bad beacuse I needed formula for puppy's things like this should be seriously delt with problems like this leaves familys out of pocket and out of time to make any decisions of where to go besides here at such a time as 1 full hour early
