I believe you have to be exceptional to receive 5 stars and I have always had a pleasant experience with this pet smart location. The staff is ALWAYS super nice and welcoming. We did three stages of puppy training at this location and Kay is an amazing trainer as well as an amazing human being. So kind and so helpful. Honestly awesome service! We take our pets here for bath and grooming as well. Erin and her crew always do a phenomenal job! I can’t recommend this pet smart enough. I’ve been to others in other cities such as Brantford but this store in particular is special. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank Alex, (2 weeks ago) he was so nice and very helpful on the phone and in person the next day when we tried to exchange the defective collar unit for our in ground dog fence. We are now very happy, content and not worrying about our fur baby running away once in a blue moon. Our unit is working so well!!! Thank you so much Alex!!!
