Excellent store. They brought in an owl on an adoption weekend for the public to see. Such a unique experience. The staff are more helpful than the average petsmart. Overall a good experience.

I’m not a fan of big box chains, but this location has managed to keep a personal touch and dedication to curb side pickups and attention to detail at all times! 5/5 in customer service, helping customers and solving any issues or offering help. Well done! Over the pandemic you have gone above and beyond for London and I am thankful!
Pandemic has caused staff to be VERY ABRUPT to new customers on the phone. Luckily enough we found a PET VALUE on Commissioners Road near Wellington Road. New customers are greeted there respectfully
