Have never had an issue in over a year. I don't have to go often, but when I do, it goes well. I was pleasantly suprised when they got me in quickly for the testing I needed for school. They are taking precautions for Covid, and have a really lovely screener to help you upon arrival.

Some receptionists are rude but Dr mall is amazing.. too bad a certain female doctor isnt. Everytime i went to her she just pushed things off... she shouldnt be a doctor!

Ive been with Dr. Aldaher since I was young, probably 10 years. We have built a well client - doctor relationship. He communicates, and makes sure you are aware of all that is going on. From birth control to having me see a counselor in his office when I was on my last breathe. Awesome award winning doctor. Today was a different experience, not with him. His receptionist. The lady ( idk if I would even call her that) was plain RUDE! Rather than educating she gave me attitude and ignorance.. I went to college for office administration health sciences and this was no way to be talking to a patient! Long story short.. disappointed.

Dr. Mall & Jen are great. 5 starts for Them. He is kind and very good with kids. I wish it was a little easier to get an appointment.
