Very impressed with the excellent customer service I received after I was hit by a car and needed to find a new vehicle. The staff were all friendly, caring, and helpful. Never once did I feel pressured! I really appreciate the no stress atmosphere. In fact I found the sales staff to be straight forward and honest. Special thanks to Shane, Ethan and Mike. Had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle from Penticton Hyundai. It was such a refreshing experience to have a sales staff that didn't make us feel pressured as far as purchasing, and was overwhelmingly friendly and personable throughout the entire process. Ethan and Tanya were amazing! We haven't purchased a Hyundai before, but will return to Penticton Hyundai for our next vehicle because of the outstanding customer experience that they provided.
I finally got the IONIQ PHEV that I’ve been waiting for two weeks! John solved all my questions, and he gave me a lot of fun from counselling to purchasing it. Also, when I consulted with Jennifer, the Financial Manager, she truly congratulated me on being the owner of new IONIQ and cannot forget her smile the whole time I drove back home. Thanks to Penticton Hyundai, I think my choice is right, and they have given me unlimited happiness. They deserve five star reviews, and I want everyone to visit this store and have their friendly and heartfelt counseling and make a good choice.
