This review is about two different experiences I've had with them, one when they were on Lake Shore, and one more recently. The first issue I had was with my engine. It came right after my warranty ended. All of a sudden I had a "leak." This happens literally the day after I had a service done, and they wouldn't have said anything if I hadn't gotten it checked out the next day. I had to get a safety done and it didn't pass because there was a leak, something they should have seen when they did the service. When I brought it back instead of trying to help they asked why I got a safety done, like it was any of their business. Then tried to charge me 200 dollars. When I told them I purchased an extended warranty the guy looked surprised for a second and then said they don't cover it at their location, and that I should go back to where I bought the car. When I went back to where I bought the car, they told me my coverage was nation-wide. I truly believe that they either purposely left the leak until after they thought my warranty had ended. Or deliberately caused the leak to charge me more. The second issue came today, with the same person, at their new location. I called today to inquire about the class action suit; My car had been having issues picking up speed and I thought it could be something with the engine. When I called the reception lady was very pleasant, but when I was transferred over to the service department, after a long hold I ended up speaking to the same guy I had issues with before. After explaining my situation to him, he says I either way I will have to pay before I get it checked out. I begin to say okay, I will get it checked out and he hangs up abruptly, at this point I'm confused. I call back and explain the situation, but once again I'm put on hold. It seems they only care about certain customers, I must not fit the description.

Great place to get a car at. All the staff are prepared and don’t waste your time. They know all the information about the vehicles. They did things on my schedule. My last lease was a mess trying to get the person organized and information out of them but not here. Highly recommend. Service on my vehicle here also was great.
