We too have money sitting on pre-paid account. My husband spoke to someone at the number listed. They have our address and said they would send refund in mail. Weeks later still nothing.

This was always such a great establishment. What is happening with the money on everyone's pre-paid accounts? There is no way to use or access this money as a customer anymore...I wasn't even notified they would be closing to an outdoor location only.
