I had originally booked decorations for my June 27, 2020 wedding. Fae was amazing to deal with when I first called for rentals, and extremely understanding when it came to postponing. We originally planned to postpone to June 2021, but ended up getting married dec 5 in-front of our immediate families. Fae was excellent with helping us switch over our rentals with our new needs. The selection and quality of decorations was spectacular, the service impeccable. I would most definitely recommend PennyLane to everyone and anyone! Thank you again for everything, The Ruston's

Placed an order online and they said there was stock. Called to find out pick up time and I was told there were none in stock!!
I've tried contacting with no reply so unfortunately despite the service prior, here's my review... Our rental linens should have been clean, not covered with a cake & food from the previous event. Which caused us an issue to have them cleaned , pressed and returned to the venue prior to the wedding in a timely manner. Also with being contracted and paid to take down the wedding decorations and remove our personal items from the venue, care should have been taken to ensure that our personal items were not damaged in takedown or transit. Which upon unboxing our items after pickup, a few of our decorations are broken. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Penny Lane.
Great experience. Some stuff need better TLC but all worked great. Decently priced. Rented a sequin background for my dancefloor looked wonderful.

Small store, only open during the day, so if you work it's not very convenient. Seriously not much to offer...most items can be purchased online for cheap, then re-sell to recover expenses.
