I went to Debra Dee's with my mom in October of 2015 when they had their big dress sale on. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I wanted to try on different styles to see what I liked best. Debra Dee's had an excellent variety of dresses to choose from. I ended up buying the very first dress that I tried on. I love it so much and can't wait to get it in February! The service was amazing! The ladies working were all very friendly, nice and helpful! I would recommend Debra Dee's to anyone!

Service was decent, and friendly initially when I went to try on bridal gowns. I chose one and ordered it (April 2015) They gave me an estimated arrival of 6 months but let me know that they don't have any control over it. Which is understandable. Forward to August 2015, I called, and left messages for them to get back to me with the progress of the dress. I received no call backs, and now at the end of August I decided to just go in. When I arrived the girl told me that it had arrived... When I looked at the dress it said it had arrived beginning of July... I had received no calls to let me know it had arrived, and I did not receive any call backs from my messages almost a month after it had arrived. I'm glad I went in, they could've thought it was abandoned and put it back on the rack. My experience was definitely not ideal and I will be going somewhere else for my 5 bridesmaids dresses to avoid any issues.

Went in with needing 3 bridesmaid dresses and a mother of the bride dress. Not. A. Single. Person. Came over to help us. We were there for over an hour and nothing. My mother actually watched the two sales associates sit and chat. Finally she went over and told them they had seriously crappy service. We tried on 20 dresses with no help. There aren't even any hooks to put your clothes on in the change rooms. Just the dirty floor. Awful. Every other bridal salon bent over backwards to help us. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Just don't go here.

I went in the other week seeking a dress. I walked in and the woman nastily looked me up and down asking what I need. I explained that I'm looking for a floor length black dress. She proceeds to eye me up and down again with a disgusted look, and just shakes her head "no" at me. So I kindly say "oh shoot! Really? No floor length black dresses left?" And she just says "no." and walks away. I go to the bridesmaid dress section and there are MANY floor length black dresses! She showed no interest in helping me so I started grabbing dresses myself. She comes up to me again and says "these are all 30. But keep in mind dress sizes aren't the same as regular sizes." And snarls at me once again. I go to the changeroom (with FOUR floor length dresses in hand, all in my size 14) and she is once again no help. Shame on the woman who thinks it is okay to fat shame ANYONE. I purchased a dress from a different woman there who was very kind and apologized for not helping me as she was with a bride. Wish I had gotten the woman's name. What an unkind heart.

I found my wedding dress (which is a very simple bridesmaid dress in white) in October 2012 for my wedding in July 2013. I was told that I could wait until January 2013 to order the dress, as it is a 4-6 month delivery time. I decided to order it in October. When I called at the end of March 2013 (5 months), I was told that my dress was likely in the order that just came in and they'd call me back. I called back the next day and was told my dress had not arrived, but would be in the shipment in 2 weeks. I called back in 2 weeks, and was told that it still hadn't arrived and would probably arrive in 2 more weeks (which is now 7 months). In mid-May I called three times, in each case they told me they would talk to the manager and get back to me, but they did not. Finally I talked to someone and she was quite vehement that all dresses take 6-8 months and that the salesperson should never have told me 4-6 months, except that my saleperson was the store manager! They have terrible customer service, are apt to avoiding issues and definitely feel appropriate to blame others. I am a very patient and calm individual, and feel that potential customers need to be aware of my particular situation.

We went into Debra Dees to look for a single bridesmaids dress. When we walked in the sales associate "Twila" rudely mentioned that you weren't allowed to wear shoes in their store and we should have known better at this moment and left. Next we were searching for the dress and she did not help use choose dresses at all even though we were the only ones in the store. We chose the dress right away and in the mean time a single bride walked in and she stayed sitting at the desk and refused to help us or the bride next to us. Another bridesmaid came in looking for measurements and to buy the dress after we had already asked for a measurement and mentioned that we would like to purchase the dress right away. But instead she made us wait while she measured that bridesmaid that walked in after us and dealt with her before us. Needless to say we got fed up and left the store. We ended up purchasing the same dress at Newline Fashions on Victoria and got helped immediately but their wonderful sales staff that were actually busy but made time for us. I would highly recommend saving yourself the trouble and avoid the rude people, especially Twila at Debra Dees.

1. poor customer service; 2. sales representatives were very rude and of little help; and 3. dresses did not arrive within expected time; took 6 instead of 3 months, as advised.
