This repair facility was sent to do some warranty work on my TV, during the process they cracked my screen and voided my warranty. If you need warranty work and they tell you this place will do the repair, ask for another repair facility. I do not recommend hiring them.

I contacted Samsung on Sunday. Peter Electronic called me the next morning and followed through until parts arrived and came and repaired my TV at my home...Absolutely Excellent service by both parties.

Peter was very helpful, kind and honest person explained the problem and answered any questions i had. He book us an appointment, showed up on time as expected completed the work right in my home in less then an hour changed the video board in my 55 inch tv. I would 100% recommend his services to anyone. Thanks again Peter.

Peter has been around for decades & he's always been my \go-to\ man when it comes to repairing my electronics. His prices are always reasonable & he's very kind, polite & HONEST!! If he's unable to repair a unit, he will definitely NOT make a lame attempt to repair something that isn't worth fixing & then soak you with a massive bill. He'll tell you flat out if you're better off buying something new than putting hard earned money into something that won't last. He's No. #1 in my books for quality work & customer service.

After taking my 65 for a diagnostic test in my 60 inch TV, Peter informed my that the problem was not fixable. There was a thin blue line running down my screen, but the TV was certainly still usable. Despite me expressing my intentions to pick the TV up, my TV was disassembled and recycled. No sort of refund or remorse was offered. It was Chalked up to a 1200 “misunderstanding” that I seem to be paying for.
