The employees at best buy were of the upmost help. They would get 6 stars if possible. Where i was not satisfied with the service was that on two calls to geek squad customer service i was told that an item i had would be able to be serviced and repaired. Unfortunately it was not even something the dedicated service people on site were aloud to touch. I had double checked by calling to make sure my cab fair and time would not be wasted but it was but the customer service provided by geek squad

I am very poor at fixing problems with my computer. I have geek squad. I can honestly tell you that I would not be without them. I have spent many hours trying to solve problems and getting frustrated. The people at Geek Squad are great. They are polite, courteous and most of all know what they are doing. If you are like me then you definitely need them. Their prices are reasonable and the service is great. If your Best Buy warranty has run out you can still get Geek Squad directly from them. They are adding new services all the time. I do not work for them nor do I personally know anyone who works there. I am not a professional influensor nor am I being paid in any way by Geek Squad. I am just a very satisfied customer. Check them out.
