They had a lot of respect for our property and never hesitated to answer any of our questions or address concerns. John communicated a lot before the project and during the process of it. John was patient with us and fulfilled exactly what we wanted.

Johnathan rescued us from a bad/potentially dangerous situation. Last fall we purchased a house with an existing pool and engaged a pool company to open the pool this spring and provide ongoing service. The whole experience was awful and upsetting. We called Passion Pool and Pond to see if we could switch to them. Johnathan came by right away and discovered some serious safety issues in the work the other company had done. So that was corrected immediately. Johnathan gave us great coaching and answered all of our questions right away so we were able to enjoy our first season in our pool!His team came and did a great job closing the pool. Always prompt, professional and friendly service. We are very relieved to now have Passion Pool and Pond as our excellent pool service company. -Lois N
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone owning a pool. They are very professional, reliable, and punctual. I’m relying on this company to open, close and maintain my pool for years to come (and I say years, cause I’m able to schedule these services years in advance)

Johanthan came out to my house and gave me a fantastic tutorial on what to do and how! I strongly recommend his company to anyone looking to install a pool or for maintenance!!!
