Party Themes was very helpful and really friendly! I found them through someone I follow on Instagram and figured to try them out. I live in Edmonton and wanted to send my brother balloons for his birthday... The balloons turned out fantastic and my brother was very surprised to receive his present! I had an awesome experience with these guys. I was trying to get some balloons for my husbands birthday at the VERY LAST MINUTE and Luis accommodated my schedule, delivered right to my door, and was extremely kind and genuine.
