Big store. Convenient parking. Clean. Employees were super nice. Alot of items, especially the baby section. Needed help with a registry and was offered help! Would definitely come back here!

It's nice to still go to a toy store but you can tell that its hay day has passed. What was once a busy retail space is now a quiet one. Might be on its last legs as it continues to compete with online stores. It still has a wide selection of toys but now looks like a discount store than a premier toy store. Prices though continue to be high relative to Walmart and Amazon.
This store went above and beyond for me today. The manager went out of his way to make a little boy extremely happy. Amazing customer service. I will only go to this Toys R Us location now.
