I was referred to this location as I was having an ignition issue with my Motor-home and was told and read they had the necessary equipment to plug in a diagnostic reader to help locate the problem. The write up about the location indicates they could perform this task on a simple GM engine. I arrived and stood in the shop for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence, I explained to issue to a chap who immediately responded we don't fix motor homes (despite the fact there was another parked in the lot.) He suggested I go to an RV dealer wherein I explained this was an engine issue that required a scan test. A female employee came out of the office and quite tersely remarked they couldn't do anything. I hope others have a better customer experience than I.
